promotional campaigns

ZZPerformance did not believe in “sales” as our products remained at such a competitive price point that access profit was not built in to any costs. However, one of the few events we broke out own rule, Black Friday / Cyber Monday. This was a blast every year because I had full freedom to push fun sales and experiences, rebrand the entire site and company theme, as well as blast email, socials, and general content to push the madness. While the last few years have mellowed out a bit with the economy, the team always looks forward to this sale. Every department helps everywhere, and we all work long hours to help anywhere and everywhere.

Here are a few examples of some promotion and branding work I created for the sale. These are all done last minute once management found the price targets and sales we are approved to run, as well as created and posted in between all-day shifts scrambling around gathering the chaotic content or even shipping out packages.

The rapid necessity and chaos is very fun, exciting time I get to flex my creative muscles in real time within a high-stress time frame. It may sound like a nightmare on the outside, but the team experience is like comradery, (and also it’s only once a year - thankfully!)
